My spiritual awakening journey, which has spanned over a decade, has been both rewarding and unique. I've had the honour of learning from remarkable teachers and indigenous healing systems across the world, which have deepened my ability to support myself and others as they reclaim their sovereignty on the journey back home to their true selves.

 

I am passionate about offering an alternative approach to addressing mind-body imbalances, enabling my clients to navigate various physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions.
